The Sogkonate Garden Club is holding its annual Blossoms and Sweets Sale on Saturday, May 23 7:30 to 11:30 AM, under the tree next to Wilbur’s General Store.

Perennials, annuals, veggies, herbs, gently used outdoor items, and delicious homemade treats will be for sale. Rounding out the sale will be beautifully sewn aprons for adults and children and a selection of trees and shrubs. 

This year the club is offering professionally grown perennial "plugs" that have been selected specifically for our local area. These perennials are young plants with well-established root systems and top growth, making them ready for successful transplanting into gardens. Gardeners will find perennials for pollinator gardens, shady and sunny areas, ground cover, and native plant options. The sale will also include annual herbs, and a variety of annual flowers and vegetables carefully grown from seeds by club members.
